Grouse Grind

One of my goals this summer is to run the Grouse Grind in less than 60 min.

To reach my goal I will be doing various things:

1. Running the hill at Kerr and Marine Drive
2. Running the stairs at VGH
3. Going for runs at the Fraserview Golf Course
4. Pushups/Situps
5. Biking
6. High protein diet
